Advanced stage cancer patients among shutdown victims

American Government shutdown has halted funding for clinical trials on breast cancer patients.
More than 18,000 employees at the National Institutes of Health have been sent home because of the shutdown and that’s starting to have an effect on medical research around the country. Allen Schauffler reports from a cancer clinic at the University of Washington.
